Code of Conduct

Participation in the OUTBOUND CONFERENCE is subject to your compliance with the following Code of Conduct, which applies to all attendees at OUTBOUND CONFERENCE events including all outside vendors, consultants or other customers.  By attending or contracting with OUTBOUND CONFERENCE, you agree to abide by these policies.  Violation of any of the following provisions may result in your being denied entry to the OUTBOUND CONFERENCE.

1. Attendees shall present themselves in a neat, clean, and professional manner.
2. An invitee will be responsible for his or her conduct in the vicinity of an OUTBOUND CONFERENCE sanctioned event or function.
3. The following list of actions are considered unacceptable at OUTBOUND CONFERENCE sanctioned events and may result in an immediate removal from venue, blocked access to virtual/live streaming events and/or future on-site conference events:
   1. Harassment of any type, to include but not limited to stalking, blocking, chasing, verbally attacking, epithets, slurs or negative stereotyping; threatening, intimidating or hostile acts; denigrating jokes; and written or graphic material that denigrates or shows hostility or aversion toward an individual or group, including by e-mail, phone (including voice messages), text messages, social networking sites or other means.
   2. Physical harm to any person, structure, auto, or like being anywhere on the sanctioned facility.
   3. Theft of any type.
   4. Threat of bodily harm to any attendee.
   5. Using abusive or intemperate language. Also, any remarks made with the intent to cast aspersions on the character or integrity of any OUTBOUND CONFERENCE affiliates.
   6. Creating or instigating any social media content or comments in which OUTBOUND CONFERENCE, its members, or affiliates are disparaged.
   7. Attempting to damage the reputation of OUTBOUND CONFERENCE, its attendees, producers, partners and supporters.
   8. No firearms are allowed at the event.
4. It is the policy of OUTBOUND CONFERENCE to ensure equal participation without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, national origin, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law. OUTBOUND CONFERENCE prohibits any such discrimination or harassment.
5. In addition to the foregoing, all OUTBOUND CONFERENCE participants are required to follow the Health and Safety Guidelines and Code of Conduct attached hereto as Exhibit A.
